　　一、机械型疏水阀： 　　机械型也称浮子型，是利用凝结水与蒸汽的密度差，疏水阀通过凝结水液位变化，使浮子升降带动阀瓣开启或关闭，达到阻汽排水目的。机械型疏水阀的过冷度小，不受工作压力和温度变化的影响，有谁即排，加热设备里不存水，能使加热设备达到最佳换热效率，最大背压率为85%，工作质量搞，是生产工艺加热设备最理想的疏水阀。
