原文：蒸汽疏水阀安装注意事项 1、安装前清洗管路设备，除去杂质，以免堵塞。 2、蒸汽疏水阀应尽量安装在用汽设备的下方和易于排水的地方。 3、蒸汽疏水阀应安装在易于检修的地方，并尽可能集中排列，以利于管理。 4、各个蒸汽加热设备应单独安装蒸汽疏水阀。 5、旁路管的安装不得低于蒸汽疏水阀。 6、安装时，注意阀体上箭头方向与管路介质流动方向应一致。 7、蒸汽疏水阀进口和出口管路的介质流动方向应有4％的向下坡度，而且管路的公称通经不小于蒸汽疏水阀的公称通经。 8、一个蒸汽疏水阀的排水能力不能满足要求时，可并联安装几个蒸汽疏水阀。用在可能发生冻结的地方，必须采用防冻措施。
